Refund policy

Non-Defective Products

Please check the process below:

1. Please make sure your return is requested within the 7-day window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

2. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

3. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

4. Email us your refund request at cs@petbingos.com with your order number,  proof of purchase and your shipping address.

5. After we validate that your request is within the 7-day window, we will notify you via email so you can ship your item to our designated address.

6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you the approval or rejection via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

7. You will be responsible for paying for your own non-refundable shipping costs for returning your item.

Defective Products

2. The item must be with tags and in its original packaging. 

3. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

4. Email us your refund request at cs@petbingos.com with your order number,  proof of purchase and photos of the defective product.

5. After we validate if your request is within the 7-day window and the item is manufacturally defective, we will notify you the approval or rejection via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Replaced Products

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

2. Please make sure your request is sent to us within the 14-day window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

3. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

4. Email us your replacement request at cs@petbingos.com with your order number, proof of purchase, photos of the defective or damaged product and your shipping address.

5. If your request meets the replacement requirements, we will ship a new and same item to you and notify you the tracking number via email.

6. You will not be responsible for the shipping cost.

Exchanged Products

We currently do not exchange products.
